The owls and birds of prey rescuer that our Parks team is working with, recently took in this Tawny Owl. The Tawny Owl had unfortunately been knocked out of his tree and onto the road. As a great example to follow, a kind and quick-thinking driver stopped to save him and contacted the rescuer.
Returned to his territory, he quickly recognised it and zoomed off home. We are glad that so many green spaces across Chelmsford provide homes for owls like this one.
