On Friday 21 February the Council’s Community Protection team along with Love Your Chelmsford and Street Care came together to hold a community clean up.
Residents and business were invited to take part in a community litter pick while Love Your Chelmsford and our street care teams removed chewing gum and graffiti from Melbourne Parade.
The Community protection team joined forces with Chelmer Housing Partnership (CHP) to deal with any fly tips and speak with the residents regarding waste and overflowing bins.
The mornings activities made a real benefit to the area, and we would like to thank all the volunteers who came out to join us.
