On a grey, drizzly Friday morning in November, clad in wellies and waterproofs, Wynne Williams Associates joined our Park Staff and set out on a team building exercise to take part in our ongoing tree planting project.

The group worked extremely hard, and during the day more than 800 native whips, including Oak, Hazel, Holly and Wild Cherry (young trees, less than 2 years old) were planted. These were then topped off with mulch to help protect them from weed growth over the coming months.  Thank you WWA!

Aftercare sessions for all our tree planting areas will take place in the spring/summer next year and volunteers are welcome to come and help.  For more information, please visit our business volunteering webpage or contact us.
