One way to do so is visiting local shops like, The Art Place in the Meadows Shopping Centre. The Art Place hosts local-based artists who offer a range of unique gifts, from handmade jewellery, ceramics and toys, to Christmas baubles and Vintage clothing. Not only is The Art Place a place to get amazing people and one-of a kind gifts with a focus on sustainability, but it is a community centre and Charity-run project. It is run by volunteers, and there is no other space quite like it around Chelmsford.
We must help support local, this Christmas and whenever we can to choose less travel miles & more recycled, handmade gifts that last.
