This competition opens 09.00 am Tuesday 20 May 2025 and closes 11:59 pm Sunday 29 June 2025. Entries submitted outside these times will not be accepted. Only ONE image per category per person will be accepted – proof of ID and address may be requested at any point of the competition.

Only those with a postcode within the Chelmsford City Council area are eligible to enter. ID and proof of address maybe requested before any prize is confirmed/issued. Please read the FULL Rules, Terms and Conditions before entering, these can be found here
How to enter a Category:
To indicate which category you are entering, use the ‘title of file’ section when uploading your image, by typing either Cat1 or Cat2, followed by your own image title should you wish to add one for example: ‘Cat1 – Buzzy Bee’.
If no category is noted, we may make a judgement call on which category has been entered based on the image/s submitted. One entry is permitted per category per person.
- Cat1 is for entries under the category ‘Nature on show’ (actual Bee’s, Pollinators and Insects)
- Cat2 is for entries under the category ‘Bee-ing inspired’ (images of habitats and art)
Please note the ‘add another image’ section is for entry into a second category and to add consent forms if required.
Consent reminder: If an entry includes identifiable images of people, our competitions consent form MUST be completed by each identifiable person, and/or their guardian, as set out in section 6 ‘Image Consent’ in Terms ‘s & Condition’s. Once you have added your entry, you should use the ‘add another image’ button to upload a completed consent form.
